Established in 1990, Jiangsu Xiangchuan Rope Technology is engaged in the production of a series of polyamide, polyester, polyethylene, polypropylene, macromolecular polyethylene and nylon coarse monofilament ropes. These have structures of 3 ply, 4 ply, 6 ply, 8 ply, 12 ply and double layered, with a diameter of four to 150mm. We also produce various kinds of slings. Our products are widely used for shipbuilding, ocean transportation, ocean work, national defense and military industry, as well as harbors and docks.
Our 38,000-square-meter factory is manned by over 360 employees, 13 percent of which are engineering technicians. We have advanced rope-making equipment, including automatic production lines from Japan and Germany. Our annual production capacity is 4,000 tons of various kinds of chemical fiber ropes.
We comply with ISO 9001:2000-certified guidelines and all of our products carry CCS, GL, Bureau Veritas, NK, ABS, LR, DNN, and RS approvals. In recent years our Xiangchuan brand of chemical fiber ropes has won 10 city and province-level honorary titles, as well as 4 national patents.
